Looking for a unique dining experience? Lazy Betty gives you that, and more. Celebrity chef Ron Hsu serves up a gastronomic adventure with three tasting menus. Lazy Betty Tasting Menu includes seven courses determined by the available ingredients of the season. Chef’s Tasting Menu is a ten-course feast served at the Chef’s Counter, giving guests the chance to interact with Chef Hsu and his team. Vegetarian Options are offered for both menus, featuring contemporary vegetable-based dishes. The delicious modern cuisine is complemented by exquisite plating and casually opulent interiors.

Chef’d Up

This new addition to the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood is the first restaurant opened by Bryant “Chef Baul” Williams, who worked as tour chef for homegrown rap stars like 2 Chainz and Migos. After traveling the world expanded his culinary perspectives, Chef Baul can now ground all his experiences in his very own “upscale soul food” restaurant.

The Deer and The Dove
155 Sycamore Street, Decatur, GA 30030

Promising to become one of the best restaurants in Decatur, this dinner and brunch destination features an all-star culinary team assembled by renowned Atlanta Chef Terry Koval with wife Jenn Koval. The Deer and The Dove serves “rustic new American dishes,” which means you can sample duck, rabbit, and venison cooked fresh in a wood-burning oven.

Redbird 
1198 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta, GA 30318

The latest project of Chef Zeb Stevenson – best known as chef of long-time Atlanta dining favorite, Watershed – this restaurant is a new highlight of the high- end retail center Westside Provisions District. 

Stevenson describes Redbird’s menu as a “come as you are” casual dining experience. By the sound of it, it seems like this “free-spirited” approach to food is better experienced than described. 

The Spice House
2247 Cascade Road Southwest, Atlanta, GA 30311

If you have never tried Haitian cuisine, Atlanta’s Home Park neighborhood has the perfect spot for it. Dishes here include jerk chicken, shrimp and grits, crawfish mac and cheese, and turkey wings served with black rice. The dining experience is matched with soothing live acoustic music, making this restaurant an ideal place to wind down after a long day.

Watchman’s 
99 Krog Street Northeast, Suite Y, Atlanta, GA 30307

One of the hottest new additions to the Krog Street Market, this restaurant is a seafood lover’s dream. Created by the folks behind Decatur’s nationally renowned Kimball House, the Watchman’s menu includes a must-try shrimp roll plate, exquisite fresh oysters, and a wide selection of cocktails to match your meal of choice.

8Arm Wine
710 Ponce De Leon Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30306

Come for the natural wines, stay for the laid-back ambience. 8Arm’s regular wine list boasts of by-the-glass organic and biodynamic creations, while nightly specials will keep you on your toes.
